Together we assess how your plan has been working for you. We may go through additional assessments and make adjustments as needed. Always striving toward your goals.
Urgent Care/Quick Check-In $40
30 minutes
Don’t need a full hour? Great for quick questions or acute conditions such as respiratory complaints, pain, emotional stressors, or motivation.
VIRTUAL Sessions Now Available! $10 more each
For non-local clients or follow up sessions for clients who cannot come in person. The fee is $10 more for these since it is more work before and after sessions to get everything you need for success!

Craniosacral Therapy $65

This is a light touch method to restore proper spinal and fascial alignment for nervous system balance and cerebrospinal fluid flow to nourish the entire body.
Light Healing Touch $65
50 minutes
Involves working with the energetic body to promote healing physically, mentally, and spiritually. Similar to reiki, there is very little physical touch taking place.
